Relish the exquisite blend of flavors wrapped in dough and rolled out in parathas. Go beyond regular and try these stuffed with avocado and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour

1 Tbsp kasuri methi

1 cup water

1 tsp. olive oil

1 avocado

200 gms Mozzarella cheese

1 Tbsp pizza seasoning

1 Tbsp ghee

Salt

Directions:

Add together wheat flour, kasuri methi, water, salt, olive oil and work in dough.

Make small balls.

Stuff them with avocado, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning & salt.

Make parathas & fry with ghee.
