Ingredients:

3 scoops vanilla ice cream

175ml (6fl oz) cold milk

3tbsp drinking milk

Cream

5 Maltesers crushed, to serve

Preparation:

  • Make a frothy paste by mixing the milk and Horlicks powder together in a large, tall glass with a stick blender.
  • Add the scoops of ice cream and blend until thick and smooth.
  • Squirt with a twirl of whipped cream and scatter with the crumbled Maltesers.
