500g Minced (beef) Meat

500g grated onion

1 Tbsp Oil

1 Tbsp Ginger paste

1 Tbsp Garlic paste

2 big (sliced) Tomatoes

1 Tsp Chilli powder

1 Tsp Garam Masala powder

1 Tsp Ground coriander

1 Tsp Turmeric powder

Salt, to taste

Coriander leaves, for garnishing


  • In a shallow pot, Heat the oil and add onions. Cook uncovered at high heat for some time stirring, till the onions are brown. Mix together the browned onions, minced meat, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook uncovered on high heat for 10 minute.
  • Add sliced tomatoes and cook the mixture at high heat till water from tomatoes vanish.
  • Mix well and cook at high heat for 5 minutes, till oil is separated. Serve with salad garnished with coriander leaves.
