Minced Meat: 1/2 kg (fatty and thin machine cut)

Thinly Sliced Onions: 2 pcs

Thinly Sliced Tomatoes: 2 pcs

Thinly Chopped Green Chili: 8 to 10 pcs

Thinly Chopped Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch

Crushed Coriander Seeds: 1 tablespoon

Crushed White Cumin Seeds: 1 tablespoon

Pomegranate Seeds: 1 tablespoon

Maize Flour: 2 tablespoons (use 3 tablespoon if required)

Thinly Chopped Green Chili: 8 to 10 pcs

Salt: as per taste

Oil or fats for frying

Directions: Put minced meat into a pan and then mix all other ingredients with the meat. Mix well so that meat becomes softer and easy to shape.

Form disc shaped kebabs with meat.

Pour oil or melt fats on a griddle pan and fry minced meat kebabs and spicy chapli kebabs are ready.

Now serve hot spicy chapli kebab with raaita, chutny and salad.
