If you have to fix a quick simple lunch in 30 minutes then make sure you treat yourself with this delicious chicken karahi.lenaIngredients:

Chicken 1 kg cut in pieces

Onion 2 chopped

Tomato half kg chopped

Green chilies medium size6 to 8

Coriander leaves half bunch roughly chopped

Oil 1 cup

Ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon each

Salt 2 teaspoon

Black pepper half teaspoon

Red chili crushed 3 teaspoon

Dhaniya powder 2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder 1and half teaspoon

Zeera powder 1 teaspoon

Ginger cut in strips for garnish

Directions:

Heat oil in pot. Fry onion till transparent add ginger , garlic paste cook for half minute now add chicken and salt cover on top and cook till chicken is half cooked. Till than in another pan or pot add few drops of oil then chopped tomatoes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. Now in the chicken add tomatoes and red crushed chilies, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, black pepper mix them well. Also add green chilies and coriander leaves let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes, till oil floats on top At last garnish with ginger strips on top and serve with Nan.or Chapati as desired.
