Asian stir-fry chicken and veggies

INGREDIENTS:

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1/2 cup sesame ginger marinade (found at local grocery store)
3 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper
3-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 large onion, cut into thick slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, toss chicken with 1/4 cup of the marinade, the honey and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In the oven, toss broccoli, green beans, bell pepper and onion with oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Roast uncovered 15 minutes.
  3. Drizzle vegetables with remaining 1/4 cup marinade. Arrange marinated chicken strips over vegetables.
  4. Roast 20 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink. Garnish with sesame seeds.
