Start your day with a healthy, nutritive breakfast, that is surely going to perk you up for the whole day!

Ingredients:

1 Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread ( use one, that has  50 cal. per slice.)
1 Tbsp. Sun butter
1/2 Medium Banana, sliced finely
1/2 Tsp. Chia Seeds

Toast the bread and swiftly spread the sun butter over the top.

Place banana slices over the sun butter and top it off with chia seeds.

Serve right away and enjoy!
