Mutton Boneless 500 gm

Onion ¾ cups

Green Chilies finely chopped 4-6

Gram Flour Roasted 2 ½ tbsp

Salt 1tsp

Egg 1

Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Tara Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp

Ginger Finely Chopped 2 inch piece

For the Curry:

Oil 4 tbsp

Coriander Leaves 2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Onion Sliced Half

Garam Masala 1 tsp

Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Tomatoes Chopped 1 cup

Salt 1 tsp

Ginger 1 ½”

Red Chili Powder 1 tsp


For kofta curry:

  • To make the koftas, grind the meat with onion, green chilies,

Gram flour, Salt, egg, red chili powder, star spices powder and ginger.

  • Make small balls with this mixture and keep aside.
  • For the curry, stir fry the onions, till golden brown.
  • Mix in coriander leaves, haldi, garam masala, garlic paste,

Tomatoes chopped, ginger, Salt and red chili powder with enough water to make a gravy.

  • Bring it to a boil add koftas and simmer (boil slowly at low temperature) for 20 to 30 mins, till the mixture gets separated from oil.
  • Decorate with cut coriander leaves before serving.
  • Serve hot with chapati.
