This drink is absolute paradise. It’s packed with heart-healthy antioxidants from the green tea and takes minutes to throw together!

INGREDIENTS:

1 green tea bag

1 tsp. honey

¼ cup fresh mint

DIRECTIONS:

Boil 1 cup water. Remove from heat and add the tea bag. Steep for 4 minutes.

Remove tea bag and discard. Stir in honey until disolved. Add mint. Steep for 3 more minutes.

Place in the fridge and allow to cool (or serve hot). Once cooled, pour over ice and serve!
