Chicken – ½ kg

Oil – 6 tbsp

Onion – 1 large

Paprika – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Salt as required

Tomato – 2

Tomato puree – ½ cup

Oregano – 1 tsp

Flat bread as required

Salad leaves – 5

Mayonnaise – ½ cup

Cheese – 100 gm


Heat oil in a pan and roast onions.

Now add chicken and roast for few more time.

Then add paprika, black pepper powder and salt and roast for a while.

Then add tomato and tomato puree and roast well.

Finally when it becomes ready add oregano and mix well. Dish it out.

Put salad leaves, chicken mixture, mayonnaise and cheese on flat bread, fold both sides and place the stick in it.

Tacos are ready to serve.
