Ingredients:

  • Bong meat 1 kg
  • Chopped big onion 1
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Black cumin 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in handi and fry onion.
  2. Now put bong, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup water, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and yogurt and roast it nicely.
  3. Now add 4 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
  4. Then spread knead flour on sides of pot and cook for 1 hour.
  5. Then dissolve wheat flour in 1 cup water, make paste and put in meat.
  6. Then put black cumin, cover it and cook until ghee comes up.
  7. Kunna gosht is ready.
