Be bowled over by these Indian flavored nourishing soups!

Ingredients:

2 Onions

2 Potatoes

2 Zucchini

1 Carrot

2 Tomatoes

1 Celery

4-5 Garlic pods

Parmesan

4-5 Basil leaves

Black pepper

Directions:

Heat oil and add jeera, bay leaves, onions, garlic cloves & celery,  Sweat onions and garlic.

Now, add chopped potatoes, zucchini, carrot & tomatoes.Further add basil leaves, black pepper and water; bring to boil.

Garnish with Parmesan and basil leaves.

Serve hot!
