Carrots 1/2 kg (peel & grate)
Milk powder full fat 1&1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 4 tbs
Milk 1&1/2 cup
Desiccated coconut 4 tbs
Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
Pistachio 15 (sliced)
Heat milk, add the carrots and cook till the milk dries on medium flame. Then add ghee and cook for 4 minutes on medium flame.
After when the mixture is blend properly, add some sugar and green cardamom and let it cook till the extract of sugar dries.
Then add the milk powder and cook for 2 minutes on low to medium flame keep stirring.
Add the coconut mix well and transfer the mixture in the greased tin spread evenly.
Garnish with pistachio and coconut, let it cool.
