Healthy sandwich to start your day with!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 1-oz. sourdough bread slices, lightly toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 batch grilled onion
  • 4 grilled Japanese eggplant slices
  • 2 1/2 ounces grilled flank steak

Directions:

Spread mayonnaise on bread and top with romaine, onion, eggplant, and steak.
