Healthy sandwich to start your day with!
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 1-oz. sourdough bread slices, lightly toasted
- 1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 batch grilled onion
- 4 grilled Japanese eggplant slices
- 2 1/2 ounces grilled flank steak
Spread mayonnaise on bread and top with romaine, onion, eggplant, and steak.
