Chicken wings are basted in oil and roasted. This is followed by marinating them in a mix of sweet mango pickle and other flavourings. Roast again and you are good to go.
1 dozen chicken wings
2 tbsp sweet mango pickle
1tsp bhuna jeera
1 green chili
1 medium size ginger
50 gms coriander stems
250 gms sesame
1.Oil a baking tray & roast chicken wings that have been basted in oil at 120˚ C for 12 minutes.
2.Marinate the roasted chicken with sweet mango pickle, bhuna jeera, green chili, ginger, lemon juice, coriander stems and black salt.
3.Sprinkle some sesame.
4.Roast again at 190˚ C for 15 minutes.
