Relish eating macaroni prepared with desi spices and  vegetables. This can be served before dinner in supper and can also pack them in lunch for kids.jklkuIngredients:

Elbow Macaroni

Chicken (boiled and shredded)

Onion

Peas (boiled)

Carrot

Capsicum

potatoes (boiled)

Green chilies

Salt

Black pepper

Soya sauceghnhgDirections:

Boil macaronis and keep them aside.

Chop carrots and capsicum into small pieces, now add finely chopped onions in oil and fry them until transparent.

Add salt black pepper and soya sauce green chilies.

Add carrot and cook it until it’s a bit soft but still crunchy.

Now mix the boiled ingredients, peas chicken.and potatoes.

Cook them for few minutes and then add boiled macaronis and capsicum mix them for about 5 minutes.

Garnish them with mint leaves and greens chilies.
