Ingredients:

Noodles – 2 oz

Shredded Chicken – 3 oz

Chicken stock – 7 cups

Capsicum – 1/4 cup

Carrot – 1/4 cup

Salt

Ajino Moto /Chinese salt – 1/2 tsp

Black pepper – 1 tsp

Beaten egg – 1

Method:

  • Boil noodles.
  • Boil chicken and shred it. In a deep pot boil chicken stock and add chicken and vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes only.
  • Add salts and noodles, you can add black pepper also.
  • Pour beaten egg in soup and constantly stir, ready to serve.
