INGREDIENTS
Per cocktail
  • ¼ chilled cantaloupe, seeds removed
  • 1½ ounces club soda
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon agave nectar
  • Tiny pinch of sea salt
  • 3 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Use a big spoon to scoop the flesh of the cantaloupe from the skin. Place everything but the ice in the blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a lime round.
